Apane refrigerator ka temperature 35 F  aur 40F ke bich me rakhen. Kacche aur pake huye padartho ke liye alag alag contenor ka upyog karen. Aur hamesha acchi quality ke contenor aur storage bag me khaana rakhen.


6] pata kare ki aapke foods ka main source konsa hain

Yatra karte samay sadak par milne wale padartho ko avoid karen. Aur hamesha apane food ke source ke baare me jaane. Jab food aapke samne parosa jaata hai tab dekhe ki food 60 degree se jyada hot piping huva hain. Aap sirf phalo ka ras aur juice piye aur baaki pey padartho ko avoid karen. Agar kisi food box ki  seal tuti huyi dikhai deti hai tab un box ko na kharide. Agar aap kisi food ke source ke baare me anjaan hai to un padartho ko kharidne ki bhul na karen. Aur hamesha taaja aur bottle band paani piyen.
